- Evaluate, monitor, and optimize investment portfolio's impact and financial performance
- Due diligence on potential impact investments
- Analyze financial statements, models, growth projections
- Develop financial models for performance forecasting
- Collaborate with stakeholders, conduct research, provide insights for positive societal and environmental change
- Create and update financial models
- Monitor and evaluate portfolio impact
- Assist in managing the deal process, including coordinating with internal and external parties
- Experience in deal cycle, finance, or related fields with a focus on Enterprise/ Technology/ Consumer/ InvIT/Power/Healthcare or any other sectors
- Knowledge of financial markets and the regulatory environment
Job Requirements
- A candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in buy side/sell-side of deal cycle
- Bachelor's/Master degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Passion for impact investing and ESG factors
- Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
