Job Purpose

We are looking to hire Business Development Associate into our Singapore office.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Grow and maintain investors relationships with Family Office and Institution clients.
  • Raising capital for firm’s global real estate investment products and strategies.
  • Conduct research and keep abreast of industry and capital raising trends/news in the region. Provide feedback and insights to senior management on investor sentiment and industry conditions.
  • Schedule, arrange and participate with senior management in industry and research analyst conferences, one-on-one meetings with investors, roadshows with targeted investors and site visits for investors and/or advisors.
  • Assist in preparation and distribution of periodic client reporting, handling investor queries, due-diligence
  • Assist in business development efforts such updating client pitchbooks/presentations, financial analysis and corporate marketing materials
  • Assist with responses to RFPs, DDQs and consultant and industry database updates
  • Assist with Salesforce CRM and data room management and new client onboarding process
  • Any other ad hoc matters assigned by the Management.

Person Specification

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Strong network of investor base is a plus.
  • Ideally experience in interacting with investor base.
  • High energy and self-starter, able to “hit the ground running”.
  • A team player.
  • Mandarin speaking is plus
