We are looking for a Business Development Manager ideally this candidate will have specific experience in ESG ratings background supporting clients in investment / finance industry (PE, Asset Management, Bank)
- You will be client facing / account managing existing relationships whilst supporting the technical ESG research / analyst team supporting client interactions and ultimately customer success
- This person should be located in Europe/UK or North America
Services that this person would do:
- Support ESG Fusion project management
- Support ESG Fusion sales
- Later lead Investor/Lender customer success / account management
- Support ESG Fusion launch
- Client communications – outreach and client support
- Work with ESG Fusion product management and Fusion sales, overall scoring team and experienced Fusion team members in US and India
- Support framing the ESG Fusion narrative
- Support expanding ESG Fusion functionalities/signals through adding Impact, Compliance, EU Taxonomy, SFDR, etc.
- Represent ERM ESG Fusion at industry events
- Become a leader in the ESG space
Tasks this person would do:
- Ensure delivery of data/ESG profiles
- Provide prospects with info material / rating samples
- Provide clients with up-to-date info material on
- Develop/generate customer collateral / liaise with Fusion India M&A team
- Prepare client calls / Join client calls / client follow up
- Funnel client feedback to ESG Fusion leadership team
- Stay abreast of competitor services offering
- Build understanding of client use of ESG Fusion
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- Degree qualified.
- ESG / Investor expertise / degree in Business and Administration – Finance and Banking
