About The Role

As the ESG Reporting Analyst you'll work front and center in defining the best path forward for our company. Through rigorous analyses, focus on our customers, creative thinking, and deep partnership with the business, we develop the strategic direction for our portfolio of brands. We are responsible for the definition and evolution of our overall corporate strategy, for identifying organic and inorganic growth opportunities where we can create structural advantage, and for preparing and supporting our C-Level executives for key stakeholders meetings.

What You'll Do

  • Support Gap Inc Corporate ESG Strategy and Brand sustainability initiatives. Activities include: developing dashboards, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, including analyzing data, synthesizing findings, developing a storyline and the supporting materials to communicate recommendations to Senior Management and Leadership Team
  • Serve as a strategic partner on systems work that can help simplify workflows and data collection activities
  • Serve as lead on data collection for ESG and sustainability activities
  • Support cross functional business partners with analytical insights and problem solving
  • Build cross functional partnerships and consensus
  • Influence strategy and initiative prioritization leveraging data insights

Who You Are

  • Professional work experience, preferably with experience in apparel, retail, or sustainability field
  • Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly identify key issues and develop hypotheses and solutions and able to translate complex ideas and dispersed information into simple, actionable recommendations with an attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with data systems (PLM, SAP, etc.) to collect, organize and analyze large / complex data sets efficiently and effectively
  • Strong Excel experience including V Lookup, pivot tables, etc required
  • Power BI and DAX experience preferred- demonstrated ability to edit and create dashboards in Power BI
  • Familiarity with industry environmental working groups and NGO’s (SAC, Textile Exchange, Fashion Pact, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, etc.)
  • Familiarity with prominent ESG standards, surveys and ratings a plus (e.g. CDP, GRI, SASB, TCFD)
  • LCA experience or LCA reviewer accreditation (CLAR) Preferred

Salary Range: $56,500 - $79,300 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
