Your Key Responsibilities
The Opportunity –Senior Consultant - ESG – Environmental & Sustainability - Mumbai
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support client on engagement relating to the effectiveness of implementation the appropriate ESG management system (Policies, Process, Procedures and Guides) and provide for their updating in line with changes in laws, regulations and global reporting frameworks
- Working on multiple Sustainability Standards & Frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, BRSR etc.)
Skills And Attributes For Success
- Strong knowledge and experience in the field of Sustainability
- Knowledge about Greenhouse Gas Accounting & Inventorization (Scope-1,2,3)
- Familiar with Science based targets and decarbonization initiatives
- Experience in ESG Rating methodologies across multiple rating agencies
- Strong understanding of ESG processes and systems
- Highly experienced in data governance – people, process, controls and technology aspects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
To qualify for the role you must have
- Graduate/ Post-Graduate with professional qualifications in ESG/EHS and Safety Management Systems, or related International Standards.
- Best to have related work experience in ESG/ EHS roles
Ideally you’ll also have
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
